Return Period: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. Beyond this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may be subject to partial refunds or rejections.
Exclusions: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These include but are not limited to pet grooming tools, pet apparel, and personalized items.
Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
